What is an Atlas MAGPIE? 

A mic system installed in each classroom.

The amp (the device w/knobs) is installed behind the SmartBoards.

The mic (the bird is to the left of it) and the charger station it sits on is usually on the teachers desk.

Dome Sensors (under amp, right of mic) are on the ceilings. 

Initial Troubleshooting:

• Turn the amp off and then back on
• Check the battery of the mic (No Light = Off, Red = Low Battery, Blue = Good battery)
• Check what channel the mic is set to (slide button on side of mic) and ensure the correct "channel" is lit up on the Amp
• Ensure volume is turned up on the amp
