If you are experiencing issues with the touch features not working or you are not able to write on the panel with your pen your finger, try these steps:

1. Select the Pen icon on the side bar of the TV

Then select the settings or gear icon on the bottom as shown and select the option to 'Write with Fine Pen or Fingers'
