  1. Locate the Serial# and Model# (Generally on the rear of display.)
  2. Navigate to Newline Support Ticket Submission
  3. Populate form with relevant information
  4. It is recommended to include the following in the support ticket -
    Full Name:

Callback Number:
Business Name:
City and State:

Newline Model Number:
Newline Serial Number:
