Quarantined Emails in Outlook

In Outlook, an email quarantine holds potentially dangerous messages – like spam, phishing attempts, or malware – in a secure, isolated location to prevent them from reaching your inbox.

It is best ignore these messages.

If you believe a quarantined message should be released, please contact the Helpdesk at ext. 77704, or 615-451-6513.
