RAPTOR KIOSK QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE

 

**This is applies to the kiosk only. 

In case of restarts due to power outages or updates, click the orange Raptor shortcut on the desktop. This will take you to apps.raptortech.com. Sign in.

Click on “Kiosks” on the lefthand side of the page and the click the blue “Launch” button beside Default Profile.

**Note: The following are from your device, after signing into apps.raptortech.com.

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

To see Visitors currently signed in, click on

“Visitors” on the lefthand side of the page and then select the “Currently Signed In” tab. Visitors that do not sign in with a valid driver's license will have to be manually signed out from here. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To see Staff (Central Office, Technology, etc.) signed in, select “Staff” on the lefthand side of the page, and click on “Currently Signed In”. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In case of a possible match with an offender, Visitors will be prompted to see the front desk for assistance when attempting to sign in. A void sticker will not print as before with LobbyGuard. To declare the visitor as Match/No Match, navigate to the “Kiosk Queue” by clicking on the “Sign In/Sign Out” tab on the lefthand side. Here, you’ll see the possible match and blue button to “Review” under “Status/Action”.
