Assuming:
-Printer is already added
-Printer is added using correct driver

Open System Settings à Printers and Scanners

-Select Printer you wish to use
 

Options & Supplies à ”Options” tab à “Secure Printing Function of Device” set to On

 



“Utility” tab à Open Printer Utility
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“User Management” tab à User Management set to Off

 

 

“User Information” tab à type in desired PIN for Secured Print à Save Settings à Close

At this point, you’re done with setting up Secured Print on the driver side in System Settings.

 

 

 

In Chrome à File à Print à More Settings à Print using system dialog…

 

 

Scroll down to Printer Options à Special Features

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Job Processing” à Select “Secured Print”/User Management set to Off à OK
 



“Print” à name your document for view in the printer queue à OK
